Tantra is a lifestyle. It can be described as a spiritual path, the path of personal development. It helps to achieve the internal fulfillment. It is something that covers everything, tissue merging our lives. Tantra unites apparent opposites into a harmonious whole. This leads to the discovery of your own truth about and opens our awareness of who we really are. It also opens us to the goals of our lives: love, joy, and sexuality. Indicates the tools and methods to achieve them and dredging.
Tantra in the world gets more and more popular. Some people treat it only as a way to better sexual experience. Others as a way to get to know themselves. To get the knowledge of all aspects of life, from love and self-acceptance through their sexuality to be able to cope with the mundane everyday life. It is a novelty, whose roots go back to the beginnings of Buddhism and Hinduism. Trying to explain the literal meaning of the word Tantra, you can find at least a few different names, but none of them is understandable and clear for the modern man. Paradoxically, something that is at the forefront of sexual connotations, the first real encounter with our Tantra workshops for example, allows you to change the image of it. Only 20% of Tantric concerns sexuality, the remaining 80% translates into ordinary everyday matters: work, leisure, home, family, mowing the lawn, etc.
The whole universe was created and exists because of two basic elements, and these are Men's Energy and Female’s Energy. In Tantra they are represented by the God Shiva and Goddess Shakti. Together they form the eternal dance of two energies, the dance of life. The equivalent of tantric deities in a more well-known is the Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang.
Tantra can be the answer to modern man who wants to change his life. Finding contact with your desires and allow ourselves to their fulfillment. Unite with another person, through better communication, intimacy, love and sexuality. It can help you find a balance between your own body, emotions, mind and soul. The way to deepen your own understanding of what Tantra is, are our workshops. The only way to know is the way through your own experiences. In Tibetan Buddhism Tantra and its practices are regarded as the most accelerated path to spiritual enlightenment.
Tantric – people practicing Tantra - they live here and now. Their approach to spirituality is very grounded. They can very well balanced and center their lives between heaven and earth. They are aware that each moment contains the seed of joy, ecstasy. With the awareness of intellectual energy it may at any time grow and flourish, giving a sense of the Divine, the consciousness of life and existence. This gives them the opportunity to open hearts and enjoy life.
